Overview
Following being instructed on a particularly unique property in Canford Cliffs, Sotheby's instructed Parent to create a bespoke brochure to market the property outside of the area. Taking inspiration from the build, the cover was colour matched to the RAL steel work throughout the house and a clean minimal approach to layout was taken, allowing the property to speak for itself.
